The customer needs to provide the following information:

1. The customer needs to prepare PCB files. Our company currently supports Protel AD PADS Gerber coordinate files, silk screen drawings, and BOM lists.

2. For customers who bring their own materials, they need to prepare the materials first. Our company can also purchase components on their behalf. It is best to count the materials before providing them to prevent missing or wrong materials from delaying the production time of the order. Common resistor and capacitor parts have spare inventory. 3. The commonly used resistors and capacitors for customer supplied materials should be equipped with more than 5%, and larger components such as chips do not need to be equipped with more.

3. Prepare supporting fixtures, such as direct insertion type, and customers need to provide samples.

4. The main chip should be provided with brand new original packaging as much as possible. Refurbished and disassembled chips may have uneven and bent pins due to oxidation, making it difficult to identify and solder them for quality inspection.

5. The circuit board needs to have a process edge with MARK points on it. If it is a small board, it needs to be assembled for manufacturability requirements. The process edge allows the relevant equipment to fix the substrate without touching the components on the edge, and the MARK point is required for the coordinate correction of the surface mount machine. Generally, a process edge of 4-5mm is sufficient, and a mark point with a diameter of 1-2mm is acceptable.
